With January feeling like it's lasting a lifetime I can't stop but reminisce about last years adventures and the beautiful sunshine that accompanied them. It really does feel like January has been going on for about four years, don't think I've ever been so excited for February.
I was lucky enough to go to Lanzarote last June to spend a week with my family sitting by the pool worrying solely about what we were was going to eat & drink next - that is the life! Surrounded by palm tree's and pools we couldn't wish for more. Sipping cocktails poolside whilst digging into a good book is one of my favourite things to do, I can already tell I'm going to be booking fifty holidays before I've finished writing this post (sorry bank balance!)
I'm going to be introducing a new topic throughout 2018 on HV and that's going to be T R A V E L... So to kick start the section off, I wanted to feature a little travel recap of last year. I've always wanted to travel and this year I am making it my goal to visit some fabulous places. If you have any recommendations then please comment down below, I need all the travel inspo I can get. Currently cuddled up in bed looking out of the window to see a typical terrible rainy day (as you probably are too) so let's enjoy some holiday snaps together. I'd never been to Lanzarote before but I was so excited, we had an all inclusive week with a gorgeous balcony apartment room and I couldn't have wished for a more relaxing setting.

Plan Tenerife 2018 is well underway and I can't wait to feel the sunshine on my face and the sand on my toes.
